Excellent service, communication, and outstanding craftsmanship is what we promise and deliver. At Nest Homes, we provide an in-house team of experts that are here to assist you from beginning, during, and after the building process.
Building Your New Home
Consultation and Contract
Your Sales Executive will help you select the floor plan and location that best suits your needs. Once you’ve decided on the home of your dreams and we’ve received a fully executed contract, our draftsman will begin working on your house plans. Our Customer Liaison will be your main point of contact throughout the pre-construction phase and will provide you with regular updates.
Selection Appointments
Your selection appointments will be scheduled once your house plans have been finalized and signed off on. We encourage home buyers to review the included features of their home prior to these appointments to help determine your budget and areas you’d like to upgrade.You will have a selections appointment in our design studio, as well as appointments with our lighting, plumbing, and appliance vendors. Pre-Construction Meeting
Our homebuilding experts will be working behind the scenes to prepare your house plans, permits, and HOA approval (if applicable). Once those and your design selections have been made and finalized, we will schedule your pre-construction meeting. This critical meeting is when your project manager will discuss and thoroughly review the details of your new home. Each meeting takes approximately three hours and will be held at our office.
Building Begins
Your home will be built in sets of stages that require their own timelines and inspection schedules. During the building process your project manager will keep you updated through your preferred form of communication.
