Information we need about your homesite:
- Your lot’s address: We’ll need to determine if your lot is located within our 50-mile building radius of Mooresville, North Carolina
- A land survey of your lot: Along with HOA’s, ARC’s and a septic plan (if applicable)
- Development information of your lot: We’ll need to know if utilities are available and if your lot can be built using city water/sewer, or if it requires septic
- Contact information: Of your real estate agent or the direct seller
- Browse through our floor plans: Narrow down a list of floor plan designs that best suit your needs and lifestyle
